Board Directors and Observers



Dror Wettenstein, Chief Executive Officer and R&D Manager

Mr. Wettenstein is one of the founders of Ceedo. He brings with him extensive knowledge in development and in virtualization technologies. Before founding Ceedo, Mr. Wettenstein spent 5 years at Navicula Israel LTD as VP R&D and later as the CEO. The company developed application streaming and virtualization technologies. Prior to that, Mr. Wettenstein was the co-founder of Multimedia Kid, a company specializing in computerized educational systems, and held the position of vice president of research and development for more than 10 years. At Multimedia Kid, Mr. Wettenstein managed the programming and graphic design teams and was also responsible for the company’s product research and development. Multimedia Kid is the first company in Israel to develop a computerized learning system for kids. He received the 1997 Computer Software award from the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. Mr. Wettenstein studied Computer Science at Hebrew University.


Opher Dubrovsky, Vice President Marketing and Business Development

Mr. Dubrovsky brings to Ceedo 12 years of marketing experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Ceedo Mr. Dubrovsky was a senior marketing manager at Microsoft’s headquarters in the US. In total, Mr. Dubrovsky spent 7.5 years at Microsoft in various marketing and product management roles where he led initiatives around Windows client, information security and interactive television. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Dubrovsky held positions at Peach Networks, Radcom, and at POC, a leading marketing & strategy consultancy in Israel.
Mr. Dubrovsky is the inventor of an HTML filtering security technology. He wrote 4 patents and 3 academic papers in the areas of information security, WAN acceleration and mathematical optimization.
Mr. Dubrovsky received a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion Institute of Technology, all with honors.


Asaf Weisbrot, Vice President World Wide Sales

Mr. Weisbrot leads Ceedo’s sales activities after having worked in the telecommunication field for over a decade. He has deep understanding of the telecom industry, large enterprise business and technologies and brings vast experience in customer engagement. Prior to joining Ceedo as VP WW Sales Mr. Weisbrot worked for Flash Networks, a leading provider of E2E QoE (End to End Quality of Experience) solutions to mobile network operators, where he lead sales to the Vodafone group. Prior to that he held various senior business and research and development positions in both large and small technology companies.


Dror Gill, Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Gill is an industry executive with more 20 years of experience in communications, multimedia and consumer devices. Prior to joining Ceedo, Mr. Gill was an independent consultant on mobile multimedia technologies advising leading firms such as NEC, Samsung, Comverse, Radvision and Zoran. Mr. Gill also served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Giza Venture Capital in the fields of digital home and fixed-mobile convergence. Previously, Mr. Gill was Chief Technology Officer of Emblaze Semiconductor (now Zoran), and a project manager at IBM Research in Israel, where he pioneered the fields of Voice over IP and Internet video streaming. Mr. Gill holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.


Asher Hakmon, Vice President Professional Services

Mr. Hakmon joined Ceedo at the time of the founding of the company. During the last 3 years he was in charge of R&D and later on Professional Services and Testing. Prior to Ceedo, Mr. Hakmon spent 5 years at Navicula Israel LTD as the Professional Services and Testing Manager and later on as the R&D manager. The company developed application streaming and virtualization technologies. Before Navicula, Mr. Hakmon was a Major in one of the top Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) intelligence units. During his 11 years of service at the IDF he lead R&D, Engineering, and Project Management teams, initiating and integrating large-scale multimillion dollar projects in hardware and in software. He brings vast technological and management experience to Ceedo.
Mr. Hakmon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Joel Fisch, Active Chairman

Joel has spent the past 15 years working closely with entrepreneurs and Israeli high-tech companies. He focuses on enterprise and consumer software infrastructure, seeking to foster new business and usage models that can arise from innovative technologies. He is well-respected in Israel’s venture capital arena and is recognized for his impressive performance at Intel Capital where he was a Senior Investment Manager from 2000-07. Joel invested in and worked closely with many outstanding startups, including Identify Software (sold to BMC), Gteko (sold to Microsoft), and Jungo (sold to NDS).


Steve Gray

Steve joined Intel in 1994 and has been working with Intel Capital since 1996. Prior to Intel, Steve served as CFO for a group of companies in the Tel Aviv area involved in activities ranging from physical security to water purification. He also worked with Luz Industries, an Israeli developer of solar energy solutions. Steve is a CPA certified in Israel and the USA. He began his career in Boston with PWC and was a partner at Gray , Gray & Gray CPA's before moving to Israel in 1989.
Steve is a board observer for Aeroscout, EPOS, Lucid, Mobixell, and Ceedo. He has invested in and managed exits for Backweb, Mellanox, Nova Measuring, Orad, and Radvision.
Steve focuses on Israeli related companies concentrating primarily on the Mobility sector including, displays, alternative input, applications, and communications.
Steve has a BS in Management from Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute and an MA in Accountancy from Northeastern University.


Doron Dovrat

Doron Dovrat cofounded Dmatek and served as the company´s CEO from 1990 to 1998. Doron led the company to an IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 1995. Co-founder and Chairman of Tikal Networks and Chairman of SeerGate. Previously, Doron served as a Board Member at BVR Systems (NASDAQ:BVRS) and was a Senior System Designer at Israel Aircraft Industries and Israel Military Industries. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Hebrew University.
