CCMS is a cloud-based management suite for provisioning and deploying managed workspaces and applications to users through the public or private cloud.

Ceedo’s cloud-based management system, CCMS, enables the workspace clients to be remotely managed by the enterprise, making it is possible to change policies, update, remove or install new software applications, apply patches or perform other operations. These client updates can be automatically and securely delivered to the Ceedo clients over the cloud.

Ceedo Client Management System

CCMS addresses each of the stages of the workspace image lifecycle – from initial creation and deployment, through ongoing platform updates and self-service provisioning.

  • Creation & Provisioning
    • Creation of basic Ceedo images containing the desired applications
    • Configuration of each image, including: application configuration, UI settings, update options, usage limitations, and “user group” associations (i.e., finance department, sales department, etc.)
  • Deployment
    • Images are packaged and uploaded to a distribution server where they can be linked to a web page for self-service installation, or loaded onto a user’s PC using a logon script
    • Images can also be loaded onto USB drives for distribution to users, and then run directly from these drives
  • Update Management
    • Once in the field, the Ceedo client software can be updated automatically over the web
Powerful Management Capabilities

Using CCMS, an IT administrator is able to change policies, update remove or install new software applications, apply patches or perform other operations. These client updates can be performed simultaneously and remotely and apply to the Ceedo Clients in the field.

The web-based system allows administrators to generate reports about workspace usage, including startup and shutdown times and application process activity, and to fully enforce usage policies, including authorizing and de-authorizing access for specific users or groups.
