Can I use my Ceedo Personal on more than one drive?

Users with more than one portable drive can receive up to 3 additional licenses, at no extra charge, with their purchase of a single license for Ceedo Personal. If you need additional licenses after that you will have to purchase them separately.

To get another license, you must install the trial version of Ceedo Personal on the new drive and click Buy Now. In the Ceedo Personal payment page, enter your purchase order number as your Certificate Code (make sure you use the same e-mail address you used for purchasing). We will then send you a new license file.

This procedure is necessary because the purchase process transmits the unique details of your USB flash drive which are required for license generation. After you receive your license file, you will be able to import the license into the new drive.

Do I need a license for Ceedo Add-ons?

Add-ons for Ceedo Personal allow you to extend yourself even further, with a selection of tools and utilities to make your Ceedo even more manageable and versatile.

All currently available add-ons can be used for a trial period before If you choose to use add-ons you need to purchase them in addition to your Ceedo Personal. A specific license will be sent to you for the add-ons

How do I import a license into Ceedo Personal?

· Open the easy-access menu by clicking the Open Ceedo Personal button.

· Select Options.

· In the License tab, click Import.

· In the Import License window, enter the location of the license file you received after purchasing the license from the Ceedo Personal website.

· Click Import.

· Make sure that the new license information is displayed in the License tab fields.

· Click OK to close the Options window and save your changes.

How do I purchase a license?

· Open the easy-access menu by clicking the Open Ceedo Personal button.

· Select Buy Now to go to the license purchase web page.

· Follow the instructions on the web page to purchase a license. At the end of the purchasing process, you will receive a license file.

· When you have received your license you may go ahead and import it into your Ceedo Personal to activate it.

How much time will it take to my license to arrive?

Your license may take up to 48 hours to arrive. If for some reason you don’t receive a license within 48 hours of your purchase please contact our Support Team and a license will be sent to you immediately.

If I purchase Ceedo Personal now, will my license be valid for future versions?

The license for Ceedo Personal is guaranteed to be valid for the major version current at the time of purchase (2.0, 3.0, etc.), that is - for any minor version (2.1, 2.2, etc.) until the next major version is released.

Future upgrades, to and beyond the next major version, may or may not incur an additional cost - but they will surely promise new and exciting features.

In addition, if a license was purchased 6 months before a major version release, we will offer an upgrade to the new version at no extra cost.

What do I do if I have lost my portable drive with my Ceedo Personal on it?

If you have purchased the Backup & Restore Add-on and backed up your Ceedo data, you can restore your Ceedo Personal to a new drive. Once you restore your Ceedo Personal, contact our Support Team and we will issue you a new license for your new drive at no extra charge.
